2) without the copyright limitation when one is out of mainland of China. (For domestic Chinese user, simply navigate to http://ipad.cntv.cn.)
3) directly provided by CCTV (not 3rd-party app), therefore the quality is guaranteed to be relatively high.

Just open the website (a m3u8 streaming file) using mobile safari and we are ready to go.
